Island hoping in the Carabeans on Carnival Victory was an occasion to get a feel for the best Carabean destinations. Dominica is by far my favorite. It's the sort of place that has it's own history. Here tourists really are only spectators.
Dominica's Soufrière is a marine sanctuary sponsored by Canada. They also call it Champain because of the bubbles coming out of the ocean floor. They are a product of the volcanic activity. In some areas the water is burning hot. The heat is visible on some of the pictures.
